Caroline Knight – Behaviour
Caroline has a wealth of experience as regards to supporting schools for behaviour management and strategies. She was part of the senior leadership team for Whitehouse PRU for several years and part of the outreach team for 12 years. Within this time, she has worked across the city supporting schools as an outreach teacher and as a leader. Caroline’s knowledge and understanding of behaviour and SEMH is extensive and she can offer support and advice, behaviour audits, provision planning, training and strategies for whole school, class and the individual.
She has taught all ages in primary from nursery to Year 6 and her teaching is consistently graded as good to outstanding. She has a good understanding of Special Educational needs and providing an inclusive learning environment.
In the last 5 years, Caroline returned back into mainstream education, initially as Deputy Head and is now Head of School at Thorpepark. She is regularly involved in school reviews across the Trust, school improvement and has a good understanding of current practice and policy.
